The Bear Complex

For Monday: The Bear Complex

7 sets of the following sequence:

1 power clean
1 front squat
1 push press
1 back squat
1 push press

5 rounds
Rest as needed between each round.

  2. This workout nearly killed me! It's tough to not put the bar down to re-grip. I'm glad I did it though and next time I'm going to try really hard to be as smooth as Jolie (front in the video). I was lifting 85lbs but I failed on the seventh set of rounds 4 and 5!

    Jane looked awesome during her last round at 95lbs.
