Sandbag Run=Real Fitness

The sandbag is a great tool for building real strength. It is great practice to practice cleaning 'awkward' objects like a sandbag.

    oh, and the untold story: Tedd's 400m 80lb first run, along with all the other 400m (yes, 400) with the 50lb. MACHINE!
