20 minute Warm Up
Be sure to include: wall bridges, monkeys, rolling, roles, au cortados
Advanced: Do roles into au cortados

Rest Day for those following the competition training.

A. AMRAP in 30 sec - Thrusters 55/85 lbs
     AMRAP in 30 sec - Toes to Bar
     Rest 3 minutes
     5 sets

B. AMRAP in 30 sec - Box Jumps 20/24"
     AMRAP in 30 sec - Deadlifts 155/225 lbs
     Rest 3 minutes
     5 sets
