      Kipping Pull ups x 7

Beginners: Rest 3 minutes between rounds. 

B1. 3 bridges x 3 sets
B2. Jefferson curls x 10 reps x 3 sets
B3. Low Lizzard walk x 1 gym length x 3 sets
