Please take the time to listen and watch this interview with Ido Portal. Many of you have never met Ido. When he first visited Flux I think our gym membership was about 50 people!
Very interesting video! (I like to think that Flux is the "CrossFit gym" that he's referring to!) He has such a compelling way of verbalizing and demonstrating what movement is, and how important is for everyone – use it or lose it.
