A. Back Squats @ 32x2 x 5-7 reps x 3 sets (go up only if you hit 7 reps at the specified tempo).
B. Every 3 minutes x 4 sets
AFAP:
Strict Press x 5
Power Cleans x 7 85/125 lbs
KB Swing x AMRAP in 30 sec.
