A1. stationary cossacks x 10 reps x 3 sets

A2. straddle ups x 5 reps x 3 sets 

A3.  band pull a parts x 20 reps x 3 sets


A.  AMRAP in 12 minutes
     Double unders x 20
     OHS x 10 65/95 lbs
     DB Power Cleans x 10 35/55 lbs (please use a db in each hand for this and clean simultaneously).
