In 2 minutes, do AMRAP deadlifts 205/305 lbs.
Then immediately run 400 meters. Clock begins at 2 minutes.You should have 2 scores: 1 for deadlifts and one for your run.
Rest 15 minutes
In your Rest do:
30 sec handstand x 3 sets; or
10 heel taps x 2; or
10 toe taps x 2; or
30 sec chest to wall x 3
