A. Back Squats
Beginners: 5, 5, 5, 5 @ 22x2
Intermediate/advanced: Go up in weight with each set. Last set should be tough but not to failure.

B. 10 Rounds for time 
     Double Unders x 10
     Wall balls x 5 14/20 lbs

Beginners:
5 wall balls
rest 15 sec,
30 single unders
rest 60 sec.
7 sets
