A. Back Squats
Beginners: 5, 5, 5 @ 22x2
Intermediate: 3, 3, 3, 3
Advanced: MAx, then down 20 reps for 2 reps x 3 sets

This is one of the workouts for the BCBD.

12 toes to bar
50 ft sprint around the cone and back
