A. Find a heavy but manageable 3 rep HANG snatch and do 4 total working sets at that weight.
Beginners: Go up in weight on each set if your teacher gives you the go ahead. Do 5 reps x 4 sets. Power is fine.
B. 2 min AMRAP of OHS 75/105 lbs
then:
AMRAP in 6 min:
KB Swing American x 25 35/55 lbs
Burpees x 15
