B. Sprint 200 meters
30 sec ring support hold (beginners either on rings in push up position or on floor).

C. Sprint 200 meters
21 Toes to Bar
Rest 90 sec
4 sets
NOTE: Beginners should definitely be on the floor rather than the rings if they are really shaky.
