A. Front Squats
Session 2 -@ 30x2 x 5 reps x 4 sets; rest 3-4 min. Increase weight by 4 %.
Beginners Session 2: @ 32x2 x 5 reps x 4 sets; rest 3-4 min. Increase weight by 4%

      Toes to Bar x 9
     Box Jumps x 9
     Burpees x 9
