A. AMRAP in 20 minutes

40 Double Unders
10 Push ups (most advanced today is dynamic circular push ups).
accumulate 30 to 60 sec handstand. (beginners use the wall)
YOur coaches will give you various progressions for handbalancing and push ups.
B1. Straddle ups x 5 reps x 3 sets
B2. cuban rotations x 5-7 reps @3333 x 3 sets
