A1. bridges x 5 reps x 3 sets (bands, without, wall, etc)
A2. weighted tricep opener x 30 sec hold x 3 sets. Done on a box.
A3. lizard (as low as possible)x 1/2 gym length x 3 sets
A. For Time:
800 meter run
50 air squats
50 KB Swings Russian 35/55 lbs
50 barbell walking lunges (35/45 lb)
50 double unders
50 push ups
800 meter run
