A. Clean Grip Deadlifts x 5 sets x 3 reps
Your working sets should be about 20 lbs over your max clean.

B. Run 400 meters
     3 Rounds for Time:
     20 push ups
     20 OHS 55/75 lbs
     Run 400 meters
