Advanced: Daily Max, down 15 to 20 lbs for 2 sets of 2

B. Cleans from blocks:
Beginners: 5, 5, 5, 5
Intermediate: 3, 2, 2, 2
Advanced: Daily Max, down 15 to 20 lbs for 1 set of doubles.

C. Tabata Toes to bar for 8 sets
