A. Press
Beginners: 5, 5, 5
Intermediate: 3, 3, 3, 3
Advanced: Daily Max plus doubles.

B. 3 Rounds for Time:
    Chest to bar kipping pull-ups x 20
    Double unders x 40
    Air Squats x 25

To do pull ups prescribed, you must be able to do 20 reps unbroken in first round.
