UPDATED SCHEDULE

There will be a change to the schedule for the rest of the week (Dec 17-Dec 20).

ALL classes are cancelled for Thursday December 17th.

Schedule for Friday December 18th:

- 6 AM

- 7 AM

- the rest of the day is cancelled until further notice. The blog will be updated if more classes are added.
