B. Snatch High pulls

start at max snatch from blocks and go up in weight with each set.
C. Shoulder taps x 30 sec (start in ready position and chalk out your parameters).

Back Squats 65/95 lbs x 30 sec

Note:
chest to wall hold if shoulder taps are too difficult
Beginners: for back squats, do 7 reps @ 22x2
