PALEO CHALLENGE UPDATE

We are using the point system from the last challenge. If you cheat, you get a point.  If you eat out you get three points.  It seems folks are busy eating organ meat and fermenting various food items. So cool! Share your recipes and experiences please.

  1. Eating out anytime? Or eating out and cheating? We have a couple great restaurants that with little change are paleo compliant such as Table10. Just want to be clear on this. Going out of town next weekend. If I have to pack a cooler full if food I will.

  2. Well, the problem with eating out is that you really have no control over what you are eating. Does the restaurant use canola oil for frying for instance? Give yourself the points and note that it was at a restaurant. Of course, if it is a straight up cheat, ie, dessert, you know the answer. Remember, our focus is quality meat and vegetable sources. If anything, the challenge will provoke us to consider our food sources.
