kipping hspu x 10

B. AMRAP alternating Pistols in 60 sec x 3 sets
rest 60 sec.

C.  3 Rounds for Time:
     DB or KB Push Press x 10 30/50 lbs
     Deadlifts x 10 155/225 lbs
