     Deadlifts x 10 155/225 lbs
     Toes to Bar x 12
     Wall balls x 15 14/20 lbs
     burpees x 10

B. Beginners: Kipping Practice followed by QDR practice. 
If you don't need kipping practice, practice your QDRs.
