B. The rationale for this workout comes from OPT. The idea is to maintain your running time through the 4 rounds. As quickly as you can, do 21 kb swings 35/50 and 15 push-ups. Then, run 400 meters at approx. 90% of your maximum intensity. The clock starts as soon as you stand after your last push-up. 4 Rounds. Rest 1 minute between each round.
