Intermediate - scale the reps on the rope climb
beginner - do pull-ups: 1 rep on the minute, 2 reps on the minute, 3 reps on the minute, and so forth, until you fail.

Yay for a new paleo challenge. I was actually just saying to Rob that I really wanted and needed to do another paleo challenge and we had planned to start Monday. Saturday works too. :-)
