schedule

Hi everybody,

Classes are really starting to fill up so we need to be more aware of the start times for the workouts. Mon through Friday evening classes will begin at 4:30-5:15, 5:15-6pm and 6pm-6:45pm.

Don't forget the morning classes are from 6am-7am; 7:30am-8:30am and 8am-9am.

Saturday workouts are still at 10am.
